That stick in the middle is a Crab Apple

Every year I try to be a bit trendy and leave the old flowers of the sedum unpruned and get that dried off look with the frost covering them, I've seen lots of the famous garden photo's where they do this for winter interest in the garden. But I usually can't stand it after a few weeks of looking dead I clean them up, they are still there so far!
I made a business page on Face book yesterday and sent invites for fans to all my friends, at least 1/3 have joined so far and then I send a thank you, so a bit of free advertising not too bad.
I think these turned out great, my friend made them for me and she has been posting them everywhere on face book and stirring up some interest. Thanks Laura
