OK for those of you that don't know We live in central Victoria, Australia. We are just starting our Winter and have been in a drought for years. We live on 10 acres of bush with approx 3 acres of garden. We are in a high bushfire area and our property has been burnt once before we built our house, we lost a small shed that we used for camping in on weekends, and the start of our orchard. our camping shed after the fire a view of our property and dam we were building a large garage when the fire went through and the same week got the power put on, this is the trench for the power, it was like being on the moonthis is our house in the first winter, not quite finished but getting there. We built our house here in 1999 after living in our garage on the property for 18 months. We have built a small miners cottage with lots of verandah space.
